Refund policy
At Human Mecha, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of collectibles, we only accept returns in the case of:
- Items that arrive severely damaged (not minor dents or wear to packaging, which can occur during shipping).
- Incorrect items shipped by mistake.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom print-on-demand products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was shipped in error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
